Chihkan Tower, also known as Chihkan Tower, is located in Fucheng, Tainan, Taiwan. The predecessor was a European-style city fort built in Chihkan province in 1653 during the Dutch rule.
It is also known as "Provintia" (Provintia, which means provincial city). Locals call it "Fanzailou" (Taiwanese: Huan-á). -lâu), it was once the commercial center of the island of Taiwan.
